Have mission boards continued causing problems for you CMDR?
FDev acknowledged there was an issue in the U14.1 patch notes but I have not found further comment from them. We know they are working on it. They must be aware how much impact this issue has for CMDRs trying to complete timely turn-ins. Waiting it out isn't the most engaging fix.
