[2022] Instances and Mission Screens Taking Forever to Load

I'm playing in Odyssey, and whenever I embark/disembark, enter/leave supercruise, or jump to a system, it takes at least a minute to actually load the instance in. And when I try to get missions at a station, it loads for about a minute before saying it could not get a mission list from a server. If I try again it loads immediately, but clicking a mission category causes it loads for a long time again for that before giving an error. This happened a couple weeks ago, and again today. I have about 400 mbps internet so that can't be the issue, so what's going on?
