[2023] joining game issue

I tried joining several times the game, but for some reason every time I had to wait 2 minutes on the loading screen, before receiving the orange sidewinder error. Also, there's a hangar in the main menu screen, where you can see the ship you're currently flying. for some reason, my ship doesn't appear there, instead it's empty. Also, the livery page in game extras does not load. It doesn't say I'm disconnected from the servers. Any advice please?
