[2022] A weird glitch, has anyone had this happen?

This happened after I submitted myself for a bounty. Got transferred to the Redeemer. Spawned into my ship, took off, and initiated a jump. Then the game lost connection and I got respawned back on the Redeemer, this time on foot. Went to the shipyard panel, and tried to initiate a ship transfer, but the function doesn't respond. Does not deduct my credits, does not start the ship transfer timer.

So, I decided to just apex over to another docked ship. But upon arrival, I cannot board the ship that is currently at my location, and the same issue happens when I attempt to transfer my other ship to the same location. And now I'm stuck in limbo with no way to get to any of my other ships!

Is this a known issue? What should I do?
