[2022] Problem with SRV key bindings

I'm having an issue with my keybinds when in the SRV and only in the SRV. When in my ship they're fine. This issue is with any keybind that uses a modifier (note, I've set my keybinds to replicate those from the PS4 - I play with a DualShock4 and use the DS4Windows utility). Issue happens in Horizons & Odyssey. Legacy seems fine.

For example, I have the following SRV keybinds setup:

Handbrake = Circle on DS4 controller (B on X-Box controller)

Cargo Scoop = Circle+Up on DS4 controller (B+Up on X-Box controller)

Lights = Circle+Left on DS4 controller (B+Left on X-Box controller)

And in my ship keybinds:

Engine Boost = Circle on DS4 controller (B on X-Box controller)

Cargo Scoop = Circle+Up on DS4 controller (B+Up on X-Box controller)

Lights = Circle+Left on DS4 controller (B+Left on X-Box controller)

When I'm in my ship pressing Circle+Left or Circle+Up and I toggle headlights or cargo scoop as expected.

But when I'm in my SRV if I press Circle+Left or Circle+Up, in addition to toggling the headlights or cargo scoop, it also toggles the handbrake! I can even keep Circle held down and tap Left/Up and it will toggle both headlights/cargo scoop and handbrake.

I've also noticed that if I just press and hold a modifier button when in my ship, ED will display the pop-up keybind overview for that modifier. But doesn't do this when in the SRV.

As mentioned, I use a DualShock4 controller, connected with the DS4Windows tool. Ruled this out as the cause by shutting down DS4Windows and switching to an X-Box controller. Same issue. Also tried creating all keybinds from fresh (backed up the folder, deleted original folder and running ED, forcing the game to create fresh keybinds for everything). Again, I get the same issue in the SRV only. So pretty confident it is not my setup at fault.

Haven't been able to find any mention of this issue anywhere so wondering if anyone is aware of it and knows a solution?
