[2022] Crashes after 10-20 min in VR Oculus Quest 2 - Steam

I've had Elite for a few years and just bought a Quest 2. I've been able to launch the game and complete some short missions in VR, but it always crashes after a bit. Seems to happen most while navigating menus in starport services (mission board, for example). Its starts glitching and I always see an hour glass before it crashes.

I'm confused by the number of ways to launch the game (In Oculus Link/Desktop > Steam > Start ED in VR mode versus Oculus Link > start SteamVR > launch ED from there...etc?). And there are the settings within various apps involved, including the game itself....

Having said that. Here's some more info:

Using:

Windows 10
HOTAS (Thrustmaster)
Elite Dangerous Odyssey (bought and installed via Steam - Oculus apps sells it too, does this matter?)
Oculus Quest 2

As many of you know, this game is stunning in VR. Please help me make this work!
