[2022] is anyones else’s game freezing then going completely black?

Sometimes when i do a jump between systems my game freezes then goes black. I can’t even exit the game either. alt tab and alt F4 don’t work. so i have to physically turn off my entire PC and it’s super annoying.

i swear it’s never done this before until i started playing again in the past week.
