[2023] Invitee already in crew despite him not being in one

Hello all

There’s seems to be a bug where it says the invitee is already in a crew despite us both not being in one. While I own Odyessy I am not running it ( I am on horizons) I was wondering if that might affect it but prolly not . Is there a solution?
