I've been trying all day to get the permit for Sirius from Sirius Corp to pop up at Procyon or neighboring systems of Sirius. No dice, I've maxed out my Allied status, been introduced to Qwent by Martuuk so all those requirements have been met. I know there's a boat load of old threads on this sub regarding this exact thing and I've probably read every single one on here with no luck. I've even resulted to the old school "relog" spam but nada. I can only assume at this point is a game related issue?
