Everytime I decide I'm going to buy some arx and get a ship kit or prebuilt I can't login to the store. It's happened on three different occasions and I can't figure out whats going on.
Basically I can login to my account on Elitedangerous.com but when I click "store" or "buy arx" I get sent to a page that says

- I did all the basic stuff - cleared all browser data, tried on my PC and macbook and iphone, tried with chrome and Firefox and made sure AV wasn't blocking anything but no go.
Any thoughts would be appreciated
