[2023] Invalid credentials after account creation

Hello CMDR’s

Using Steam, I have purchased and installed E:D Horizons and have logged into my Frontier account on the website, but when trying to play the game it says I have “Invalid Credentials”.

I’m trying to get my son in the game but we’ve hit a wall. Any help? Nothing from the internet searching has corrected the issue!
