[2022] I have problems connecting my Xbox profile with the Frontier Store account

I have to connect my Xbox profile with the Frontier store account and I don't know my old password, but the rest password thing doesn't work. I can log into the Elite Dangerous website with my Xbox account but not in the Frontier store website. I had this problem yesterday too, but it suddenly worked again, without connecting my Xbox account with the Frontier store account again. I posted this question yesterday too before it worked again, but know it doesn't, again. Help would be really nice
