I've been trying to log into the Fromtier store all day so I can redownload the Elite Dangerous Launch but for some reason, it won't let me. I tried resetting my password, and a different browser, and nothing has worked. Any advice? I also turned in a ticket to them as well

Hi there. Most common cause for this is an unconfirmed registered email on the account, but it can sometimes also be a caching issue. If you have a ticket in, we should get back to you soon on it.
