Game keeps crashing my PC, not just BSOD

Anytime I'm on a planet the game crashes my entire PC. Black screen and I have to manually hold the power button to restart. No blue screen of death, just black and all my fans get pinned to 100%. Drivers are completely updated. Can't find anything in the crash logs as they just state that the PC restarting is unexpected. My specs are ok in my mind:

Ryzen 5600X 3080 32gb of ram

Never had this issue. All drivers are updated and I've tried the 3 previous drivers as well. All DDU'd prior to installation. Temps and everything are normal, but when I'm on a planet either on foot or in an srv it will crash after a few minutes in an srv or about 20 minutes while on foot.

I've even dropped the graphics settings. Still crashes.

Any ideas?
