I've run into a problem with trying to transfer any ships from one location to mine, whenever i try to use the Shipyard all it gives me is the option to transfer a ship, and then immediately exits out with no indication that it worked, and i can't log into Horizons to try and fix it since that just gives me an error message and boots me out, is the transfer system broken somehow?
