[2022] I can't tell if I am doing something wrong of if this is a bug.

I picked up 3 combat missions that required me to scan the same thing to find their locations. I had to leave the area and come back to scan it three separate times. Now that I finished scanning, it says all three targets are in the same system. So, I went to that system to find them and found one right away. No other locations would pop up. So, I left the system and came back. Still nothing. Then I left the system and switched to solo and still won't come up after scanning the system. Any ideas what is going on? Is this just a bug?

I always try to pick up missions that take place in the same location, but the game seems to really struggle with that for some reason.
