[2023] Help with purchase Fleet Carrier services?

I'll be brief.

After years of the grind, I was finally able tp purchase a fleet carrier. A very vindicating moment as a commander, the game feels almost new again.

For whatever reason, I can't seem to purchase any fleet carrier services. A few things to note...
- I have enough credits to purchase the services (in both my carrier bank and personal wallet)
- I'm in a system with a fleet carrier vendor (Panoi)
- Under repair services, I hit the "40,000,00cr" button, but nothing happens. The button appears as yellow if that matters perhaps?

What am I missing? Please help a new FC owner.
