[2021] Can't hand in one of my on-foot missions?

I took two on-foot combat missions, one to kill scavengers, one to kill a bunch of bad guys at a surface facility.

I can't seem to have the bad guys ones in at the terminal. I tried from inside my ship, on foot inside the station, tried logging out to main menu and back in. I see a blue highlight on the "completed missions" click target, when I click it it flashes an error message that I can't read for 1/4 of a second and spits me back to the main screen of the terminal.

Anyone encounter this? is there a work around? PRetty annoying, it took me ages to clear out like 20 enemies from a base...
