[2021] I purchased Arx and got nothing :/

I played E:D Odyssey yesterday again, cause i saw the new update, and there i see this nice Package for ~6k Arx and i wanted to get this. Unfortunately i only had 200 so i wanted to use my Wallet a bit and buy the rest over steam. What i did. But even now, after 15 Hours, I still haven't received any arx to my Account and when i looked into the Website of Elite: Dangerous i found out i still have a paid order pending from 25.11.2020 :(

I submitted a ticket but i don't think they will respond to that any time soon, so i try my luck here.
