This issue has been reported by multiple people. Over the a period of a week and a half and is still marked as confirming (not hard to confirm just start filling out the application and you will see it) Contacting customer support is almost impossible because this does not fit any category for issues because it is a website issue not an in game issue. FDev please get this working as we have worked hard to get a system set to accept a faction, and now another faction can move in(NPC) and we will have to work to make that one retreat but still have no player faction to represent. I didn't want to post publicly but there is no other way to contact. I am disappointed in the lack of effort on this as this is a major part of progression in BGS and as a CMDR.
