Sorry to hear you are having login issues, to try and resolve this error, please go to 'options' in the top right of the launcher and select 'log out machine', then restart the launcher and log back in with your usual credentials and you should now have access.
Doing this will terminate any expired authentication session the launcher may be retaining.
However, if you continue having issues please do open a ticket via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new , we can then take a closer look for you. :)
