[2021] Help! Game keeps crashing

Hi all, I am a kid who likes to play Elite dangerous in my free time, I don’t not know much about PCs, and got someone to build it for me, I don’t know much about the game and just like to explore and sometimes mine. My computer randomly lags out and then crashes, no matter how long I wait there is no other option but to shut down my computer, and when I turn it back on windows won’t boot and I go into the gigabyte menu thing. I have a i5 cpu (I think) a 1050ti gpu and 8 gb ram. (That’s all I know) Can anyone help?
