[2023] Need a bit a help

I haven't played the game since it came out. The issue I'm having that seems very common is I can't connect to the servers once I launch the game.

Every solution says to change the network adapter to what you actually use, however, My game never even gets the options/main menu screen. It loads, shows me the opening credits, goes to analyze my systems graphics cards. Shows me the title screen and finally with a big black screen with a message in the center saying that I can't connect to the servers, check your internet connection and try again.

I've looked everywhere for a work around. I've redownloaded and restarted my computer, but I can't get to the main menu to even change the options.
