[2023] Horizons black screen on launch, legacy horizons works just fine

hello,

im new and the main game get stuck at a black screen on launch but the legacy version works perfectly

i have tried:

Uninstall reinstall

Validate game files

Virtual cache on/off

Driver updates

does anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work
