[2022] Framerate issue at tourist settlements

I've reached a point where I can unlock Kit Fowler and Yarden Bond, but I have somewhat of an issue. According to Inara, the best places to get opinion polls and smear campaigns is at tourist settlements. But every time I go to a tourist site, the framerate tanks and memory usage hits 70%+. The UI is practically freezes (even though Windows task manager says E:D is still responding). How else am I able to get smear campaign/opinion poll data as, according to Inara, those data types don't exist as a mission reward? Fdev really needs to implement data trading at the bartender.
