[2023] No Sound Since Release 15

When update 15 dropped I lost all sound through my PC speakers Voices, background noises, the works were all gone. I could get sound with headphones through either the audio port or USB.

Now with 15.01 the headphones stopped working as well. So now I have no sound at all. 

My PC hardware has not changed pre and post update 15. No new software was installed and all my other games, music, movies are functioning normally.

Anyone else have this problem or have an idea for a solution.
