Greetings @hisflip if you upgrade your Armory to Level 20, it will begin to breed Orcs that you can use in the Rally Point and for Negotiations when Scouting! ![:)]( "Smile :)")
If you recently participated in the Halloween Event, the Witches Hut and a few other event Buildings produce them as well!
Also keep an eye out for an Orcs Nest in the MA![;)]( "Wink ;)")
