To answer your questions @Alcaro
1. The thread was indeed closed, as the official reply had been made to the idea, along with the reasoning we have for giving our reply. In these circumstances this is exactly the protocol we will and do follow.
2. We try to archive threads most weeks here. As you are aware we are actively recruiting to enable more moderators across the team, hence we are still quite behind with this aspect of the Forum and are more ad hoc currently due to being several members down.
3. ''New idea's'' are bought firstly to myself and Anonglitch, to check to see if we already have decisions made about the idea's in our vast archive.
4. If an idea is totally new and is something that has yet to be discussed internally, this is then looked at in the regular meetings with the Development team.
Please bear in mind that idea's are harvested across the whole of Elvenar and are not just exclusive to our International Forum. To perhaps broaden this statement we look at all Forum's, Support, our Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube) as well as the myriad of internal resources and meeting content too. So whilst something may indeed appear new here, this is not always the case and decisions have already been made about the feature/s.
