[2021] Extra Artifacts

I will pass this to our Team. We appreciate that there are many players out there with Surplus Artifacts. It would be nice to do something with them rather than just disenchant!

Our developers are aware of this, and right now, they didn't give us any update regarding excess Artifacts.

Be assured that once we do know something, we will gladly post an Announcement!  

The Developers have confirmed that a universal Artifact is not something they will ever introduce.
This is to keep Artifacts as exclusive and rare for their respective buildings in the game.
