0s Hi, my name is Anna and I am a product manager responsible for Elvenar.
9s I've been with InnoGames now for 10  years actually, from which two were now with
15s Elvenar, but I've been an Elvenar player since the  very beginning; since we released the polish version basically.
22s Day-to-day work for a product manager  looks really different depending on the day
26s like every day we are doing something different -  depends on what's going on in the team. Because  
30s how it works for me my team is full of developers  game designers artists and I'm working with all
37s of them so depending on what they're working on I  will have different challenges every day.
42s They are the experts in their field and what I'm doing  mostly is making sure that they are not blocked
49s in some way. So whenever we need to make some  decision, whenever there are some issues, I am in  
55s those discussions. I help people to basically  unblock them and make it possible for them to
61s continue their work. Because at the end they know  best how to write a code, they know the best
68s how to design the game - I am there to help them  and support them and make sure that they can do
72s their best while they're working. I spend a lot  of time discussing with people, talking to people -
77s especially to game designers. We talk a lot about  new ideas, what we want to work on in the game and
84s we discuss a lot about the future of the Elvenar.  How we want the game to look in the future.
90s As a product manager I also spend quite a lot of time  looking at player feedback, so I'm always checking
97s what the players are saying about our game and  also comparing that with the numbers.
103s One of the biggest challenges, honestly, is that we have  a lot a lot of ideas what we could be doing on
109s Elvenar, but we don't have enough time to work on  all of them. So this is something that is a big
114s part of my job, actually, making decisions - what  should we be working on? Because we have plenty
120s of ideas but we need to decide which ideas are  the best and are worth our time the most, basically.  
126s My favorite thing about working on elvenar is  actually working with really passionate people.
130s We have multiple people in the team that are actually  at the very end of the content. They already played
135s through all of the chapters, they have inventories  full of spells and buildings and they care
141s about the game a lot. So we have a really nice team  that is very passionate about the game and it is
147s really great working with them and discussing  and planning the future of Elvenar with them.
