It's a wonderful idea however, whilst there are no specified rules concerning "Gambling" (probably due to any shareable items such as KP, not having any monetary value) there is SOME worth to it and could therefore constitute Gambling!? Odd I know... Also, you need to consider the ways in which the winner will be determined, could this be manipulated, could you trust that person, could this become open to Push Accounts (which are definitely forbidden) and in the event of a dispute, Support unfortunately would not be able to help!
So whilst a brilliant idea! I would certainly tread carefully as to the specifics involved so you don't run into any of the above!![:)]( "Smile :)")
