Greetings @Bind they can be a bit fiddly! If you click on the following link and scroll to the bottom, there's a specific tab for the Library Set. Hopefully the Pic will give you an indication of where to chain them

As long as it's connected up to a path leading from the Main Hall then it will be fine. If all connected correctly, all productions will be highlighted in the Chain Link, if any are greyed out then you'll know there is a connection issue.
