In addition to what @m4rt1n said... it may also be that they have received more Knowledge Point Donations than they have given out due to the Knowledge Point Limit ![:)]( "Smile :)")
If the Player in Question begins to donate out to their Fellows, once they have "re-balanced" they should be able to receive more!
