[2022] Chapter Speedup

Dear Humans & Elves,

We wanted to make it easier for new players to get familiar with Elvenar and allow them to progress through earlier Chapters more smoothly. Therefore we have applied some changes to the chapter progression before Chapter VI.

These changes will also make it easier for everyone who is considering starting another world as well.

All the changes applied to Chapter II to V will be released on all markets on the 19th of October.

Feature	What has been changed	Details
World Map Encounters	Amended negotiation costs for early encounters.	The change reduces the costs for goods negotiations on the World Map. Coin and Supply costs slightly increased instead.
Province Expansions	Expansions unlock a bit earlier now until Chapter IV.	Expansions in Chapters II to IV unlock a bit earlier, while Chapter V ones are delayed a bit, to make a smooth transition to Chapter VI.
City Buildings	Building resource costs.	The resource costs for city buildings (Premium buildings included) were reduced, to match with the shorter use time of these buildings.
Research Technologies	Technology resource costs and flow.	The resource costs of Technologies have been reduced, to match with the fast pace of unlocking them. The Technology flow has also been changed and differs slightly between Elves and Humans: Some Technologies got moved, others where added to unlock game features.
Questline	Rewriting of the questline.	To give a better introduction and explanation of features, guide new players on how to build up your city in the early chapters, and to have a more consistent storyline, the Questline for Chapter II to V has been completely rewritten.

Hi @Alcaro These changes will go Live across ALL servers and they come on the back of Changes that were made in April

The changes have been tested across Beta and our Server, and valuable Feedback gained although many Players may not have seen it in action here due to their larger Cities!
