Hi @TravelerSuzyq55745 not as far as we're aware but with recent new features, it may be that you could do with clearing your Device Cache!

Give that a whirl and see it helps! It's always best to try that first but if that doesn't help, please raise a ticket with Support explaining the steps you have already taken to resolve it :)
