[2020] Not receiving email for login.

I haven't played the game in a while, waiting for next wipe to start playing again. Lately though in the last week I felt like picking up the game again, but when I try to sign in it says they have sent a verification code to my email, but I never receive it. (New computer) Had this issue months ago and looks like its still not fixed. I also email their support team and never got a reply.

I put battlestategame domain as a safe sender in my email and check my junk already, I've had this issue for a long time now, its the reason I missed out on the last twitch prime drops.

Anyone have any luck getting this fixed?
