Excuse my grammar, english is my second language.
My friend started playing tarkov after few months (we stopped playing about 3 months ago), so i wanted to join him. Unfortunetly, i couldn't log into the game, i tought that i just lost my password so i asked for new password to be sent to my email. I was trying for about a week, almost everyday i asked for password reset, yet i didn't get a single email. That time i started getting suspicious, thinking my account might've been stolen, so i wrote to support about the password. I didn't remember my nickname i had, so i asked my friend if he could open the game and tell me my nickname. He didn't have me in his friendlist at all, thats when i started really getting suspicious. Fortunetly, he texted me months before that ingame and the message was still there (him just telling me to join discord call). My nickname was totaly different (**some bot name). Thats when i realized my account was totaly stolen, so i wrote to support with title "STOLEN ACCOUNT" and a screenshot of the paysafecard transaction (im not an adult yet and my card can't be used to pay on the internet) and other screenshots about my account. It's been a week already and i still haven't recieved anything, so i was wondering how long does it usually take to get an answer from battlestategames?
