Yep, I actually saw this earlier this week already. I believe it is a parody and obviously based off of EFT. I cannot speak for legal side of things but as far as I PERSONALLY assume, it should be fine. Especially it being used for non-commercial reasons (free to play and no ads)? Although it is on a site that is for commercial.
