Try to do the basic fixes like a full clean up and reinstallation of the game and launcher. Making sure you exempt the game on firewall and antivirus. Making full windows updates and driver updates, etc. If all fails, open the game, get a crash, contact support with the crash logs. They will be able to read it and potentially pinpoint the issue.

Well as tittle says, i cant load main website. I read on twitter a couple of other people it's dealing with this problem too but here on forum didn't see any recent topic about it so i guess this "bug" (or idk) it's just happening for a small proportion of players.

What error do you see? If you are getting blocked completely, you need to use a VPN and also contact support and inform them your IP so your IP can be checked and unblocked if it was blocked by the automated system...usually due to a virus or suspicious activity from your PC or even an error.

Just saw your thread. Are you still having this issue?

It could be that your internet connection is not stable. Make sure it is and I recommend a wired connection. Also, try to change to a different server location under the launcher.

Try to do a clean reinstallation.

P.S: Don't use such forum names please. We are changing it.

Changing Gmail to Outlook is a bad idea. Stick with a Gmail account. You will have verification code issues due to outlook in the future. That is first advice.

As for email, make sure you sent it to [email protected] correctly and with full required info. After that you would need to wait (sending more emails will push the ticket down since it is handled by the order it was received). Handling such cases will take a while but it is the only way!

We might have a thing or two like before. Stay tuned on the announcements.

Looks to me like something is blocking it. You have some sort of permission/access issue that is either some system settings, third party software like antivirus (there are also other settings in AV and other software that deletes certain new installations).

That is where I would start looking. I am almost certain it will be solved from there.

EFT is quick to disconnect unstable connections more than any other games in my experience. When I had a bad and unstable network, it used to be major issue. The fix I had was a better internet with a stable wired connection. No issues after that. Please, look into this.

how to solve the problem?

Please try these steps an initial solution:

- Logout from the Launcher, restart your computer, then log back in.
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, if you are using a wi-fi connection, try switching to a wired connection.
- Launch the game using the Battlestate Games Launcher which is found in the Battlestate Games Folder.
- Reinstall the game.
- Exempt the game to your antivirus/firewall.
- Run the game as an Administrator.

If the steps above were unsuccessful, reinstall Battlestate Games Launcher then try it again.

Bug reporting is done via the game launcher. There is a button for it there.

Still having this issue?

You would need to contact support and see what it might be.

Try basic fixes to eliminate any possible issues:

- Logout from the Launcher, restart your computer, then log back in.
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, if you are using a wi-fi connection, try switching to a wired connection.
- Launch the game using the Battlestate Games Launcher which is found in the Battlestate Games Folder.
- Conduct an integrity check on your game files via Launcher.
- Exempt the game to your antivirus/firewall.
- Run the game as an Administrator.

Also install the game on an SSD—EFT works way better on SSD in general. If the steps above didn't solve the issue, please send a support ticket for us to further assist you.

Usually it has to do with those that have unstable internet connections. However, it is true that EFT disconnect issues happen even to those that are able to play other games. However, best you can do is make sure you are on a stable wired internet connection.

Seems like your IP address is blocked. You need to contact support and get it reviewed/unblocked. Make sure to send your IP address with the support message you will send too.

That is also why a VPN worked for your since a VPN will change your IP address.

EFT is a demanding game per se and still under development so not fully optimized yet. That said, I do not believe you can do much except playing around with the game settings to find the best possible for your system (watch some YouTube videos too) or hardware upgrade.

You are probably logging into the wrong account. The option should and will be there. Make sure you are logged into the correct account which is the:

I can see your package is still under your profile so double check that.

More RAM will definitely help. Even from 8 to 16 will be significant. Lag and freeze is one of the known issues with EFT but it has improved a lot since the past issues and now a days it is more prominent with lower spec users. I see you are gaming on a laptop so that could be also why. I also believe you might be having an overheating issue that causes thermal throttling. Which all explains why you have to restart every 2-3 games. RAM will help here but not fully. You need a gaming PC (as an ultimate fix).

Please make sure that all of your drivers are up to date. In addition, perhaps try to reinstall the game incase something broke when updating with the new patch. Actually the first time I seen this.
