Okay guys I need your help in escalating this issue to the right people because I have dealing with this for a week and gotten 0 help. I recently built a new PC and CANNOT log into the Escape From Tarkov launcher to play the game. Everytime I enter my Email and Password the launcher asks me to enter a verification code they sent to my E-Mail. However I never receive any emails from BSG. In fact I haven't received a email from BSG since September 9th. I reached out to support for help and after 5 days of the Run-around they agree to help me if I can prove I own the account. I have supplied every bit of proof I can (my dad who is now dead bought the game for me, and my friend bought my EOD upgrade) but they will not accept that the account is mine. I made a 10 minute long video on youtube showing me as the obvious owner of the account, I even bought one of the stupid "Digital Books" on the account on the video with my money to prove its my account..

PLEASE HELP ME UPVOTE THIS SO I CAN GET SOME REAL SUPPORT!

Hi (Happy new year btw!) I already submitted a ticket (#8533626) but I give it another shot with a direct reply if you don't mind. I received the hardware ID codes in the past without any problem and still get mails from the exact same mail, except for the ones with the verification code. I added all BSG mails to my contacts and whitelisted them, including the one that sent me the code in the past but no luck so far. I also disabled any kind of spam filtering by my provider (GMX.de). I got another backup mail at Outlook.com (which is also listed in my EfT account)

The response time is now slightly increased due to overload. However, they should answer soon

If you think you were falsely banned, please contact BattlEye support. If they didn't help you and BattlEye left the ban in effect, then this case cannot be reviewed.
In other cases, after contacting BattlEye support, you can contact Escape from Tarkov support with the attached request number and the BattlEye support response itself to the message to consider your appeal further.
