So usually I am patient but when comes to buying something and not getting it I get very upset. I get it there may always be issues with online digital games purchases but it's been a couple days and I haven't heard anything about how I can access the game I bought. Maybe I should give it more time, maybe I should start complaining but if I spend money on something I expect to get it. I would understand if I already owned the game and I upgraded but to not even show that I spent the money I did is frustrating.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get ahold with support easier than a ticket I would love to hear it. Any help in general would be much appreciated.
