[2021] No one has been able to change their account email for nearly a year

As the title says the email change button has been disabled for nearly a year now. This is insane coming from a decently sized company. I did a support ticket and they said to send a bunch of information to change my email. A couple days later I get an email saying nothing but

" Hello! Unfortunately the e-mail change feature is temporarily disabled. Thank you."

After going through the awful support this is all you will get. My email service provider is shutting down it's service at the end of this month and I wont be able to access my account email and eventually won't be able to play Tarkov on my main account which has nearly 2,000 hours.

I have read posts on this subreddit from nearly a year ago of people having this exact same issue and losing EOD ACCOUNTS. The only message you might get back from making a post here is a community support person saying to email their support, what they don't tell you is they refuse and will just respond with an email saying the feature is disabled.

My Email service provider is Insight Webmail and they are shutting down at the end of this month and after that I won't be able to play Tarkov on this account again and will have to buy the game again. I am really hoping BattleState games can fix this asap and help me and many others fix this issue.

I provided the email I was sent back after sending the information I was told to send to have my email changed. Basically I sent a bunch of my information for no reason.
