[2019] Friend from the west PT 1 [BUG]

So uh. Just want to warn everyone that when you turn in MBSS backpacks for the quest Friend from the west pt 1... it will allow you to turn in backpacks even with gear in them... Which I was unaware of since you cant normally sell / turn in things that have things inside them...

I just lost an MBSS (inside of an icase) with an iCase in it with 2 tv110s a tactec and a couple other various things........ SO THAT SUCKS. Kinda furious about that one. So I guess be SUPER EXTRA CAREFUL on that quest when you're turning in MBSSs. .. f*ck man im so sad.
