This is something new that has been going on this wipe. I have been back and forth with BSG support since June 12th and we haven't been able to solve it and I am curious if this is really just me or is this impacting everyone?
Basically what is happening is I will get an unity crash. My game will freeze, an unity window pops up and it is called Unity 2018.4.13f1_f484665b2d77.
From there, I have to sit there and let it work its magic and then I crash to desktop or I end process and relogin. It's a beta, I get that crashes happen but now it's starting to be more frequently. Randomly, I also notice it happens in my first game of the morning more so than any others. I also notice that the crashes are consistent when I have chrome open in a raid, so I basically now only play with discord open and that is it.
On top of that, I am getting more consistent crashes to desktop quite frequently. Like I said, this is a beta and I am fine with the occasional crash here and there but when it's happening daily it's really back breaking, especially when it happens on labs.
I asked BSG for help in June via the ticketing system. I have been sending them log files but the help has been pretty normal. Basically answers ranging from reinstall drivers to changing my swap file sizes which I have all done and nothing has solved this.
I have done: -Memory Diagnostic (all good) -Used DDU To unistall drivers -Made sure that swap files sizes are managed by system and not fixed -Did a full reinstall of the game -Only play with Discord + EFT open and no other application.
Nothing has seemed to help. This game ran great last wipe but ever since this wipe came out the game has been really unstable. Anyone else having these problems?
