Hi guys,

Anyone else have the issue of not receiving the verification code in the launcher to install and play EFT? Gone through 100s of forums and posts that go back to 2018 and the issue is still not fixed. I've messaged support and done what they've asked (whitelist emails, check spam etc.) as well as contact my own email provider about the issue (they said everything was fine on their end) and still, I cannot receive the code. I can receive the email and code to download the launcher and even reset my password, but cannot receive the in launcher code. After requesting to change my email to see if that would fix the issue, I was told that the email change service was temporarily unavailable.

Basically, I've been left hanging, and told to go fk myself by EFT support, saying its not an issue on their end, although my email provider says different. I've received these emails before and I have 300+hrs in game, but because I recently wiped my PC, I cant log back in.

Just wanna get back into tarkov, but there is nothing I can do. I've payed for a game that I cannot even download.

It's about the problem when the Device ID code does not come in the launcher, and all other letters from us come without problems:

At first try reinstalling the launcher. Then you need to set full rights for the current user (folder properties, "Security" tab) for the game folder and for the launcher folder. Also temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs, such as Windows Defender or whitelist launcher and game folder in exceptions list(s).
If this doesn't help, try creating a new user in your OS and installing the launcher there.

I think this is a different problem. Here you should create a support ticket for this issue.
