Rank Mode has been Reenabled (Compensation)

The issue has been resolved through the 1.31a Hotfix, and ranked matches are now back to normal.

As previously mentioned, RP gained or lost in the affected ranked matches has been rolled back. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
