Lately many of you have encountered different issues while playing Eternal Return. We are deeply sorry for all the inconveniences this has caused you and would like to thank you for your patience through it all.

As a token of our apology, we’d like to compensate you for the troubles, so please find below more information and make sure to read until the end.

1. AWS DDoS Attack As you may already know, we recently experienced a temporary server disruption due to a DDOS attack. We are currently implementing security measures and we have increased the server’s monitoring.

It’s possible that even after applying the security measures server disruptions might occur in very exceptional cases but we assure you that by then we will be more prepared than before and will strive to create a comfortable playing environment through continuous monitoring and quick responses.

Here’s a coupon that you can use in-game:

2. Unclear information in Patch Notes At the beginning of the season we briefly explained through Patch Notes how to redeem Season Tokens. However, the information presented was not clear enough, which caused many of you to be confused on how to earn Season Tokens through disassembling items.

You can earn Season Tokens at a fixed probability by disassembling complete items.

This was a clear miss on our part and we are very sorry for the inconveniences caused. From now on, we will do our best to communicate better and prevent any situations like this from happening again.

For those of you who disassembled complete items and didn’t receive tokens, we will individually send Vacance Tokens through your in-game mailbox.

*Please have in mind that we will have to go through the data from all players who used disassembly during the season so the compensation process might take up to 7 days.

3. Plague Doctor Daniel, Beachside Nicky, and Overvolt Jackie Skin Holders Rewards After getting a lot of your feedback, and as we announced during the Season 2 Dev Stream, the Plague Doctor Daniel skin will be available in-game again.

Also, given that Beachside Nicky and Overvolt Jackie were earned through Season 6 and 7 Pack purchases, but considering that they can currently be obtained through some boxes, we'd like to add them to the existing skin holder rewards.

Players who purchased the [Season 5, 6, and 7 Packs] and have at least one of the three skins, will receive the following rewards on Thursday, November 9th after maintenance.

• Compensation: 1 Epic Design Set + 50 Battle Maids Tokens
  
• Compensation Method: In-game mailbox
  
• Claim Period: February 6th, 2024 14:59:00 (UTC)
  
• Validity Period after login: Within 7 Days after login

*The compensation will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when you log in within the Claim Period. After you log in, you have 7 days to claim it from your mailbox before it expires. Afterwards, you will not be able to receive it, no matter the circumstances.
*You will not get the compensation if you log in after the Claim Period is over.
*Compensations cannot be resent if you do not claim them from your mailbox within the Validity Period after login.
