[2021] 0.39.0 Patch Notes Changes

Hello friends,

With the most recent patch notes, we discovered that we pushed a couple of changes that were still in development and not completely tested.
(This was most likely due to a couple COVID scares in our office and people working from home.)

We'll be releasing the details on what the actual changes are!

We know it's tough to keep track of so many changes, so we're handing out 300 NP to make up for the mistake.
