We're rolling out the 1.25a Hotfix at 7 AM (UTC).
*Some changes may not be applied to tooltips or Practice modes.

• Level per HP 86 → 90
  
• Risky Business(E)
  • Cooldown 14/13/12/11/10s -> 13/12/11/10/9s
• We’ll reduce Ruthless(R)’s pre-delay through a Hotfix next week.

[Bug Fixes]

• Echion: The damage from Envenomization - Sidewinder (R) will now be correctly applied.
  
• Elena: The Chill gauge and animation effects of Winter Queen's Dominion (P) will now correctly match.
  
• Factory: The walls will no longer be incorrectly passable.
  
• Temporary Safe Zone: Allies will now be correctly revived upon winning in the zone.
