Hello everyone,
Following the 1.39 Update, we noticed that the Entry Cost for Ranked Matches was displayed as 0. To ensure accuracy, we temporarily disabled Ranked Matches for further investigation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon review, we confirmed that the Entry Cost for Ranked Matches are correctly applied based on your tier, even though the initial display shows 0.
Additionally, we've confirmed that scores such as promotions, demotions, and K/D/A are being correctly recorded.
With these findings, we’ve determined that Ranked Matches are functioning as expected and have reenabled them.
We are currently working to fix the display of the Entry Cost to reflect the correct values as quickly as possible.
